Everything you share as part of a booking or during a session is treated as confidential clinical information, in line with professional psychology ethics. Session notes, intake details, and communications are accessible only to Natalia Salam and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality may only be broken in narrow, legally required circumstances — such as an imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or others — consistent with standard clinical ethical guidelines.

3. How We Use AI Tools

To help triage bookings and draft timely replies, portions of your intake description or message may be processed by an AI system (Anthropic's Claude). This is used only to summarize urgency and suggest a response — it does not make clinical decisions and every AI-assisted output is reviewed by Natalia before any action is taken.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a private database on a dedicated, self-hosted server, accessible only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and protected by password-based admin access. We do not store payment card information on this website.

5. Cookies

This website uses minimal, essential cookies required for the site and admin dashboard to function (such as keeping you signed in to the admin area). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
