1. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

This website and the services booked through it are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or others, please contact your local emergency services or nearest hospital immediately.

2. Not a Medical Diagnosis

Content on this website — including service descriptions, blog articles, and FAQ answers — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a professional diagnosis. A diagnosis, if relevant, can only be made through an individual clinical assessment.

3. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request through this website does not guarantee an appointment. All bookings are confirmed manually, typically within 24 hours, via WhatsApp or email.

4. Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, communicated at the time of booking.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a confirmed session without prior notice, it will be marked as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions.

6. Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your session — Natalia will share bank transfer details directly via WhatsApp after you book. Your slot is held but not guaranteed until this advance is received. The remaining balance is payable as agreed directly with Natalia.

7. Mobile App Accounts & Chat

Signing in to the mobile app requires a valid email address you control — you're responsible for keeping access to that email secure, since it's how you receive login codes. Please don't impersonate someone else or provide an email you don't own.

The in-app chat is for non-urgent communication with Natalia — scheduling, questions, and general check-ins. It is not monitored in real time and must never be used to report a medical emergency or immediate risk of harm; see Section 1 above for what to do in that situation instead.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate app access for abusive, threatening, or harassing messages, or any other misuse of the chat or booking features. You can delete your app account at any time — see /delete-account.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this website or booking of sessions after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
